Where are your shops? You can find our original shop in the big orange building with green trim at 2817 NE Martin Luther King Blvd. between Stanton and Graham, just north of the Nike store. We’re the one with the hamster on the sign. Our new shop is located at 1423 NE Fremont. This is in the shopping center with Whole Foods, although our parking lot entrance is off NE 14th Street. We do offer on-site service or pickup and delivery service at a modest charge.

What are your hours?
ML King location: 10am – 7pm Monday – Friday and 10am – 5pm on Saturday.
Fremont location: 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday. Closed Saturday and Sunday.

How soon can you be here? We can usually get a technician to your house the same day you call or whenever it is convenient for you on another day.

When will I get my computer back? We turn around most computers within 48 hours. If we need to order a part, or keep your computer longer for any reason, we will offer you a complimentary loaner laptop that you can use while we have your machine!

What is your phone number? Call us at 503-282-5185 for the ML King Blvd. store and 503-894-9902 for the Fremont store.

What is your rate? We charge flat rate for all of our in-shop services. Of course, if you need a new laptop screen or something similar, we do have to charge you for the part!

Can you work on my computer? Yes, we can repair all brands of desktops and laptops including Dell, HP, Gateway, Toshiba, Compaq, Acer, Asus, Vaio, Samsung, E-Machine, IBM,  Lenovo, Sharp, Panasonic, Apple and Mac. If you don’t see your computer listed above, call us.

Do you service Macs? Yes! We can service your Macintosh computers and laptops. We are also experts at dual Macintosh/PC environments, and making everything in them play well together.

What areas do you service? We service the greater Portland metropolitan area. This includes Beaverton, Lake Oswego, Hillsboro, Tigard, Milwaukie, Banks, Gresham, Maywood Park, northeast Portland, northwest Portland, southeast Portland, southwest Portland, downtown Portland. We travel almost anywhere with the right incentive.
