What Areas Do You Service? We service the greater Portland metropolitan area. This includes Beaverton, Lake Oswego, Hillsboro, Tigard, Milwaukie, Banks, Gresham, Maywood Park, northeast Portland, northwest Portland, southeast Portland, southwest Portland, downtown Portland. Basically, anywhere within 20 miles of the city of Portland is our jurisdiction.

Where is Your Shop? You can find our shop in the big orange building with green trim at 2817 NE Martin Luther King Blvd. between Stanton and Graham, just north of the Nike store. We’re the one with the hamster on the sign. Remember, though, that you never need to find our shop, because we offer free on-site or pickup and delivery service to all our customers.

What are your Hours? 9am-6pm Monday - Saturday and 10am-2pm Sunday.

How Soon Can You Be Here? We can get a technician to your house the same day you call or whenever it is convenient for you on another day.

When Will I Get My Computer Back? We turn around most computers within 48 hours. If we need to order a part, or keep your computer longer for any reason, we will offer you a complimentary loaner laptop that you can use while we have your machine.

What is Your Rate? We charge $75/hr for all of our services. Of course, if you need a new laptop screen or something similar, we do have to charge you for the part!

What Can You Repair? We can repair all PC brands including Dell, HP, Gateway, Toshiba, Compaq, Acer, and Asus, of laptops and desktops. For specifics, please check our services page.

Do you service Macs? Yes! We can service your Macintosh computers and laptops. We are also experts at dual Macintosh/PC environments, and making everything in them play well together.
