In this shop, when Heather speaks, people listen. She takes responsibility for everything we do that isn’t repairing computers, including all office paperwork, returns, pay checks, customer followups, chasing bad checks, keeping the on site schedule organized, keeping the boss organized, making sure the bills get paid...the list is vaguely infinite. The company can push through anybody else on this list getting sick, but when she misses a day of work, things quickly turn to chaos. We love you Heather.
