Pricing at Happy Hamster

At Happy Hamster we know that your computer problems are already complicated, so your billing shouldn’t have to be. We make is easy to figure out how much you will pay before we do any work.

In Our Store –

We want to make the experience as easy as possible for our customers, so we use flat rate billing in our store. Every customer gets a free 5 – 10 minute evaluation to determine the nature of the problem, and then we will usually be able to present you with a fixed rate estimate for repairing your computer.

In Your Home –

We happily travel all over the Multnomah and Washington county regions to service customers in their homes. We charge $95/hr for home service, and a small travel charge depending on your distance from our store (usually $10 – $20).

In Your Business –
